Colin is the principal of Sullivan Law and Tax, providing tax and estate planning services to high net worth individuals, professionals and business owners.
 
Colin’s services cover a wide range of needs including incorporating owner managed businesses, advising on and assisting with share structures for specialized
companies operated by professionals (medical doctors, dentists, lawyers, etc.), business restructuring, and acquisition and divestiture planning and structuring.
 
Colin has an exceptional reputation for providing each client with considered attention and guidance through the many financial and tax related items they need to reflect on to accomplish their objectives. Colin’s philosophy is that “good tax advice is individual in nature and an integral part of each person’s financial goals”. This allows the client to focus on growing their enterprise, while having their corporate and personal tax needs met by a professional who is in tune with their objectives.
 
In addition to a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-Op) and Law Degree, Colin has completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course (Parts I, II and III) and currently instruct various courses for CPA-NL, including Purchase and Sale of a Business and the Taxation of Domestic Trusts.
